NY Building Systems Consultant Inc (NYBSC) completed the comprehensive Energy Audit, Energy Modeling, an engineering analysis, and retro-commissioning study to comply with NYC Local Law 97 & 87 (LL97 & LL87) for 45 Park Avenue, an approximately 121,014 sqft modern commercial and residential building located in Midtown, Manhattan.
The goal of this study was to mitigate the Greenhouse Gas Emission (GHGe) for NYC Local Law 97 (LL97), as well as comply with Local Law 87 (LL87) to reduce the energy consumption & expenditures. NYBSC provided ASHRAE Level energy audits to achieve the targeted outcome.
