NY Building Systems Consultant Inc (NYBSC) was chosen to provide a comprehensive assessment that involves the systematic examination, analysis, and evaluation of energy usage within the building or ASHRAE level II energy audit services for HVAC, Electrical & related systems and energy savings opportunities for the Jewish Theological Seminary (JTS). It is approximately 248,926.00 sqft. Facility at 3080 Broadway, New York, NY 1002.
NYBSC calculated GHG reduction for all the energy conservation measures and found that if all the measures are implemented, the building can reduce 292 tons of CO2e annually for Phase-I & 529 tons of CO2e annually for Phase-II. The primary goal of this study was to mitigate the Greenhouse Gas Emission (GHGe) for NYC Local Law 97 (LL97), as well as reduce energy consumption & costs.
