$173K Rebates for Elevators Modernization of one of Lincoln Towers Buildings.
After the energy study and analysis, NY Building Systems Consultant Inc (NYBSC) identified big annual energy and cost savings from the Elevator modernization. NYBSC was able to save huge amount of peak demand 63.5kW. NYBSC also collected the rebate from ConEdison. The initial estimated rebate was $31K, but NYBSC was confident to manage more incentives. NYBSC worked very closely with Measurement and Verification (M & V) team and finally able to collect $173K rebate.
