NY Building Systems Consultant Inc (NYBSC) provided a comprehensive energy audit and an engineering analysis, to comply with NYC Local Law 97 (LL97) for 200 East End Avenue, an approximately 254,928 sqft modern high-rise Multifamily co-op building located in New York, NY. The building consists of 172 residential units.

The goal of this study was to mitigate the Greenhouse Gas Emission (GHGe) to comply NYC Local Law 97 (LL97) and reduce the energy consumption & expenditures., as well as an engineering analysis to upgrade the building’s MEP systems. NYBSC provided ASHRAE Level energy audits to achieve the targeted outcome.
