Sprinkler Design for 630 Flushing Ave

The building is hired NY Building Systems Consultant Inc. (NYBSC) to design the new sprinkler system. NYBSC completed the design drawings with proper sprinkler heads, hydraulic calculation, and cost minimization considering all the safety factors of fire hazards.

The building is currently occupied by Industrial and Manufacturing companies. After the leaving of old owner Pfizer, the new owner ACUMEN has done the renovation on the building floors. That is why it was essential to reinstall the sprinkler system. NYBSC accomplished the hydraulic calculation and sprinkler design for 3rd, 5th and 6th floor of the building. The objective of the new sprinkler design is to ensure the fire protection covering every useful area as per latest NFPA (National Fire Protection Association).
