NYC LL33/LL95 Deadline has been Extends to December 31st, 2025 for year 2025
The New York City Department of Buildings (DOB) has announced a new deadline for posting the Building Energy Efficiency Rating Label (E-Grade) for the year 2025.
Building owners required to benchmark 2024 calendar year energy data must post their LL33/95 Energy Efficiency Rating Label through DOB NOW between December 1, 2025, and no later than December 31, 2025.
This temporary extension replaces the regular October 1 – October 31 posting period and applies only to the 2025 filing year.
Failure to download and post the DOB-issued LL33/95 label by the new deadline may result in a civil penalty of $1,250.
